Tip: Touch the study slowly at first to learn well the positions of the left hand. The positions are easy but there are some wide opening. When you have learned well at slow speed you can try to play it to our maximum speed. You will see that the right hand has an interesting tingling. Always touching  with metronome or with Jerez palms "to 6" party to beat.

Fine tune the 5th string in C and 6th string at D. Remove the positions of the left hand without tremolo only with thumb-index fingers, so we find it easier to get positions. Blow quiet part and learn well the positions. This composition requires much interpretation.

Tip: This study is called Climbing (Escalada) because it runs around all the guitar fretboard in a melodic and interesting way. The exercise should be played in a quiet way at first to get good melodic passages and positions. Once you got a successful approach you gan can increase the speed.
